This project focuses on designing a home care scheduling experience that helps individuals easily plan, book, and manage home services. The goal was to reduce friction in the scheduling flow and create a clear, friendly interface that supports quick decision-making and reliable appointment management.

The product was designed as a mobile-first experience, with scalability in mind for future web use.

Booking home services is often fragmented, time-consuming, and unclear — especially when it comes to selecting dates, time slots, and tracking upcoming appointments.

This project aimed to simplify that experience by creating a structured, step-by-step flow that guides users from service selection to confirmed appointments, while keeping everything transparent and easy to manage in one place.
