The goal was to reduce friction in the scheduling flow and create a clear, friendly interface that supports quick decision-making and reliable appointment management.

Booking home services is often fragmented, time-consuming, and unclear — especially when it comes to selecting dates, time slots, and tracking upcoming appointments.
This project aimed to simplify that experience by creating a structured, step-by-step flow that guides users from service selection to confirmed appointments, while keeping everything transparent and easy to manage in one place.
The project followed a structured, user-centered design approach.
Research & Planning
Identified common pain points around service scheduling, availability selection, and appointment tracking. Defined core user needs and key scenarios to support both first-time and returning users.
Design & Prototyping
Designed intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens focused on clarity and ease of use. Special attention was given to date and time selection, visual hierarchy, and feedback states.
